Instructions
Mix all of the DRY ingredients, except cocoa nibs, into a quart-sized freezer-safe Ziploc bag or a reusable silicone baggie.
At camp, heat water to boiling.
Pour oats into a bowl that comes equipped with a lid, OR simply keep the oatmeal in the baggie, tucking it into a Hyperlite REpack pouch.
Pour the desired amount of boiling water into the oatmeal. Cover the bowl or seal the bag and pouch, letting the oatmeal "cook" for 2 minutes.
Stir, top with cocoa nibs and maple syrup, and eat!
