Dehydrating Spinach and How to Make Spinach Powder
This recipe using one pound of fresh spinach will yield approximately 1/2 pound of dried spinach. The result can be kept whole, flaked, or ground into a powder. Add your dehydrated spinach to soups, stews, smoothies, dressings, or eggs. Sprinkle flakes or powder onto any dish you want to for added nutritional value, flavor, and a boost of color!
Place in a dehydrator set at 125 degrees for 7-9 hours until dry and crisp.
At this point cool and store in an airtight container* OR blend into a powder.
