fresh, canned or frozen corn

melted unsalted butter

eggs

cup
sour cream
1/2
cup
cornmeal

diced Monterey Jack cheese
1/2" dice

4 oz
can green chiles

Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Generously butter a 2.5-quart casserole.
Puree 1 cup corn with melted butter and eggs in a blender or food processor.
Mix the remaining ingredients in a medium bowl.
Add pureed mixture to the bowl and blend well.
Pour mix into prepared pan.
Bake uncovered for 50-60 minutes. Edges will be golden and mixture firm.
